Setup
Visit the registration page and provide your full name, phone number (11 digits, no spaces or dashes), email, password, and user type (Business Owner, Employee, or Member). Employees and members select their company and can enter an optional invitation code.
As a business owner, expand "Company" in the left navigation and click "Create." Add your company name (required), address, phone, email, and website, upload a logo, and optionally enable automatic birthday messages. After creating it, select the company from the dropdown at the top of the left navigation.
Billing
Yes. The Users Business Solutions membership management software is completely FREE. All membership management features are included at no cost.
Only the optional AI Chat Assistant, AI Phone Assistant, and SMS subscriptions require separate paid plans. See the Pricing page for details.
AI Assistants
They can handle customer inquiries, book trial classes, schedule private lessons, and take appointment requests through chat, phone, and SMS.
Yes, the assistants offer multilingual support and can hand off to a human team member when a conversation needs a personal touch.
Payments
Yes. You can generate invoices by category, track unpaid balances, and view each member's invoice history — all included for free.
The dashboard shows revenue collected for your selected period along with a revenue chart broken down by invoice category.
Operations
Add members from Members > Add New Member with their details and categories, or let members self-register online. The Search Members page offers filters for name, join dates, unpaid invoices, attendance, birthdays, categories, classes, and status.
Mark attendance from search results using the attendance icon, review history, and use QR codes for fast check-in.
Integrations
Yes. Export your filtered member list to CSV — including name, email, phone, address, date of birth, joined date, and status — and import it directly into Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or any other email marketing tool.
Yes. Calendar integrations keep your classes and appointments in sync so scheduling stays effortless.
